About the Glove Box
If this were an older car, we would get rockout keys for cylinder lock.
It’s prob a newer car, so car unlock should = glove box unlock. (Insert list of places to look for a glove box button)
Crowbar??? What if you’re in the car but cant unlock glove box???
Newer cars will control access to glove box through central console
* Often part of an anti‑theft package, so the glove‑box stays locked when the car is locked.
* May include a “soft‑touch” sensor that prevents the latch from moving if the compartment is still closed, protecting against accidental damage.
* In high‑end models, the lock can be programmed to require a PIN or biometric verification (e.g., fingerprint) before opening.
